Councilman Frank Vélez III is a lifelong resident of Belleville, New Jersey. Prior to his election to the Council, Frank served a full 3-year term on the Belleville Board of Education where he fought for special needs families, students, parents, and staff. As Councilman, Frank is working to strengthen recreation for children, families and seniors, stabilize taxes, invest in local business and deliver for everyday residents. Councilman Vélez has always been a consistent and accessible public servant, prioritizing the needs of families of all backgrounds and affiliations as an elected official. Frank Vélez believes that when we all work together, New Jersey can be a better place for all of us.
