Rashan Prailow is an accomplished finance strategy consultant and public speaker dedicated to enhancing community well-being. As the founder of THINK Group, he focuses on financial literacy initiatives, collaborating with organizations such as the NJ Courts and Camden County College to expand his impact. In addition, as the steering committee co-chair of Lead Free New Jersey, Rashan advocates for public health by raising awareness about lead exposure. He holds an associate degeree in business from Camden County College, a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a master of finance degree from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business.
